By accessing and using the Fantaskool school management system, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms of Service. These terms apply to the entire platform and any email or other type of communication between you and Fantaskool.

Under no circumstances shall the Fantaskool team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the services provided by this platform, even if Fantaskool or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of our platform results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Fantaskool will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our services. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the services usage policy at any time.

Educational Data Privacy

Fantaskool is committed to protecting the privacy of educational data, particularly student information. We adhere to applicable educational privacy laws including FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) principles. Our system is designed to maintain the confidentiality of student records and personally identifiable information.

Educational institutions using Fantaskool remain the data controllers of all information entered into the system. Fantaskool acts as a data processor and will not use your institution's data for purposes beyond those necessary to provide the contracted services without explicit consent.

Services

All features and services are delivered by Fantaskool electronically, and you can access your school management system through secure login credentials provided during account creation.

Fantaskool is not responsible for any technological delays beyond our control. If your spam blocker blocks our emails from reaching you or you do not provide a valid email address where you can be reachable, you may experience delays in receiving important notifications from the system.

Fantaskool provides regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security. We strive to schedule maintenance during non-peak hours to minimize disruption to educational operations.

We employ encryption, secure server infrastructure, and regular security audits to protect your school's data. Access controls are implemented to ensure that only authorized users can access specific information based on their role within your institution.

Subscription and Licensing

Your subscription to Fantaskool grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for managing your educational institution. The scope of your license depends on the subscription plan selected.

Subscriptions are typically billed on a monthly or annual basis, with options to upgrade or downgrade as your needs change. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless otherwise required by law.

Educational institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Content Ownership

Your institution retains all rights to the data you input into the Fantaskool system. This includes student records, financial information, academic content, and any other data generated during the use of our platform.

Fantaskool retains ownership of the platform's code, design, functionality, and any pre-existing content provided as part of the service. We grant you a limited license to use these elements solely in conjunction with your use of the platform.

Fantaskool may use anonymized, aggregated data for system improvements and research purposes, but will never share identifiable institutional or student data without explicit consent.

Changes to Terms

If we change our terms of service, we will post those changes on this page and notify administrators through the platform and via email. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days before implementation to allow institutions time to review the modifications.

Continued use of Fantaskool after any changes to the Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
